What kind of customized work do you provide?
We can produce pillows, sleeping pillows, body pillows, floor pillows, bench cushions, seat cushions and blankets. If it is the pillow you want, please take a look at our rich selection first, you may find what you are looking for or something similar.
What is the cost of a custom order?
Every custom order is different, some orders are easier to price than others, but please contact us, once we have more information, we can give you a quote.
How long does a custom order generally take?
This will depend on the difficulty and number of custom assignments. If we have fabric, it can be as fast as a day. If we have to order fabrics, it may take up to 2-3 weeks.
What kind of plug-in do you provide?
Our standard insert is a hypoallergenic down substitute, made with a microfiber filler inside a microfiber shell. We also provide feather inserts.
Can you purchase fabrics for custom work?
sinpooo sources fabrics from many different suppliers throughout North America. If you are looking for something specific, we will try our best to find it.
Can your pillowcases be machine washed?
It depends on what fabric the pillowcase is made of. If it is a high-quality fabric, such as silk or velvet, we recommend you dry clean it. If you want to machine wash, use cold water alone and lay it flat to dry-don't put it in a clothes dryer.
Does your pillowcase have a zipper?
All our pillows have hidden zippers, so you can remove the insert to clean the pillowcase.
Do you have samples available?
We provide samples for most pillows in stock. We will send you 3 fabric samples for $5.00 with free shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We provide a 14-day free return service for online purchases. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. There are no returns for custom products.
Do you offer designer and family stage discounts?
Yes, we only offer designers and home stage designers a standard industry discount of 20% for in-store products (not applicable to custom projects). Please provide proof of business to receive a 20% discount. In addition, the 20% discount does not apply to discounted and/or promotional items.
