Pillowcases| Unless otherwise stated, all handmade custom pillowcases will be shipped within 3-5 working days after placing the order. Products of the same order can be shipped separately without additional shipping costs. Free standard shipping will be shipped via USPS. UPS and FedEx offer other shipping options. All packages include tracking numbers. Once the order is produced, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Fabric samples | All fabric samples are shipped via USPS ordinary mail within 3-5 working days, and cannot be tracked.
Pillows | Our handmade pillow cushions for Linen pillow will be shipped within 10-14 working days after ordering. Packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. The insert will be delivered separately from your Chloe & Olive pillowcase order. Transport upgrade is not available. Once the order is produced, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Bedding | Our bedding is handmade, unless otherwise stated, Linen pillow's customized bed linen will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the order is placed.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO | Items are shipped via USPS. At the time of checkout, these areas can provide limited expedited transportation services. We do not ship pillow inserts to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO.
International shipping to Australia, Canada and New Zealand | The order is shipped via DHL with tracking information (delivery within 15-20 working days-including the phone number on the order). Pillow core/filler does not meet international shipping conditions. Duties/taxes/value added tax/import/handling fees are not included in the total amount of your order. We have no control over any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed by your respective governments on your orders. If officials impose taxes and duties on your package, the cost will be borne by you. Border agencies are legally obliged to display the original price of any items purchased.
Please check the accuracy of the delivery address when placing an order. | Shipped orders cannot be changed or redirected by the carrier. The original shipping cost is not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered by the carrier.
